Transactions are our core expertise. We have completed over 100 M&A transactions, most of them with technology companies. For our portfolio companies, we identify, transact, and help integrate the most suitable target companies.

We are entrepreneurs and have sold our companies to large international strategic buyers. We now invest this capital in our portfolio companies.
Since two decades we have focused on technology-based companies. We leverage our detailed expertise of benchmark KPIs and value drivers for the benefit of our portfolio companies.

Vita
After his time at SAP, he co-founded Mummert & Company in 2001 and acted as Managing Partner until the sale to US-based S&P 500 firm Raymond James in 2016. For the next 4 years he was a main driver of Raymond James’ successful growth in Europe.
Harald Maehrle serves on the supervisor board of Blackrock InvAG and holds over a dozen investments in various companies.
He earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School, a degree in business administration from Nuremberg University, and an economics degree from Wayne State University Detroit. He is an alumnus from the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes.
